SGMY’s Review of Equate Coffee Singapore
Equate Coffee is such a gem in Singapore, especially if you’re a fan of pastries and sandwiches! I recently visited, and I have to share my favorites.
First up, the Classic Croissant is a must-try. It’s buttery, flaky, and made with French butter, which makes each bite feel so luxurious. I also loved the Cinnamon Roll. It’s soft and has a lovely blend of cinnamon that wraps perfectly around the dough.
If you’re in the mood for something sweet, the Pain au Chocolat is divine. The rich chocolate filling is just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy any chocolate craving.
For something more filling, I went for the Spam Truffle Egg Mayo Sando. The creamy egg mayo pairs well with the savory pork spam, and the truffle adds a nice touch.
Another standout is the Happy Belly Sando. Packed with crispy bacon, hashbrown, and fluffy scrambled eggs, it’s a perfect breakfast treat.
Now, I have to mention the Ondeh Croissant. While it sounds exciting with its gula melaka coconut filling, I found it a bit too sweet for my taste. The balance could be better, as it overshadowed the lovely croissant itself.
Finally, I couldn’t resist the Matcha Latte. It’s smooth and creamy, making it a great pick-me-up.
Overall, Equate Coffee is definitely worth a visit. Their pastries and sandwiches are delightful, and I can’t wait to go back for more!
