SGMY’s Review of Brew House Malaysia
Hey everyone! I tried out Brew House Malaysia recently, and I want to tell you about the food I had!
First, the Japanese Baby Prawn Karaage was really crispy and had a nice spicy taste from the Togarashi seasoning. The prawns could have been juicier, though.
The Grilled Fish Fillet “Ikan Bakar with Sambal” was really good. The fish was grilled perfectly with a smoky flavor, and the spicy sambal sauce was great.
Next, the Brew House Signature Pork Chop was one of the best things I had. The pork chop was tender, and the creamy peppercorn sauce was delicious. The apple slaw added a fresh crunch that was nice.
I also had the Kimchi Soup “Kimchi Jjigae”, which was comforting with its rich broth and tender pork slices. I wished it had a bit more spice to match the Korean flavors.
For something crunchy, the Salted Egg Fish Skin with Pork Floss was really tasty. The fish skin was crispy, and the salted egg sauce was a yummy twist. It was great for sharing!
To finish, the Burnt Cheesecake was creamy with a caramelized flavor. Towards the end, it got a bit too sweet for me.
Overall, Brew House Malaysia has a lot of different dishes that stand out, like their grilled fish and pork chop. The place is lively, perfect for hanging out with friends over good food and drinks. Some dishes could be spicier or less sweet, but I had a fun time trying everything and would go back again!
