SGMY’s Review of Bacha Coffee Singapore
I recently visited Bacha Coffee in Singapore, and I had a really good time trying the food. The Butter Croissant was one of the best I’ve had—flaky, buttery, and it just melted in my mouth.
If you love croissants, this one is a must-try! I also ordered the Eggs Florentine, which had baby spinach and a creamy Mornay sauce. It was light but packed with flavor, perfect for breakfast.
For dessert, the Molten Grand Cru Chocolate Cake with Bantu Secret Coffee ice cream was a real treat. It was rich and delicious, and the coffee ice cream made it even better.
The Burrata Salad with tomatoes and a citrus dressing was fresh and tasty, too. The creamy burrata with the zesty dressing was a great match.
I also enjoyed the Croissant with Comté cheese and green salad. The cheese was rich and made the dish really satisfying. The Tiramisu, made with Rwanda Superior Coffee, was creamy and not too sweet, which I loved.
But I wasn’t a big fan of the Moroccan Chicken Pastilla. It was a bit too sweet for my liking, and I felt it needed more seasoning to balance the flavors. It wasn’t bad, just not my favorite.
Overall, I think Bacha Coffee has a lot of delicious options. Most of the dishes were great, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for tasty sweet and savory dishes.
