SGMY’s Review Of 665 Degrees Fahrenheit
Hey food lovers! I recently had the pleasure of dining at 665 Degrees Fahrenheit, a fantastic spot for steak enthusiasts in Singapore. The ambiance is elegant and inviting, perfect for a special night out.
I started with the Applewood Smoked Burrata. The burrata was creamy and delicious, paired perfectly with heirloom tomatoes and apple balsamic vinegar. It was a refreshing and tasty appetizer. The Classic Beef Tartare was another winner. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the Dijon mustard and capers added a lovely zing.
For my main course, I couldn’t resist trying the USDA-certified Prime Beef Ribeye. It was grilled to perfection, juicy, and full of flavor. This steak is a must-try for any meat lover. The sides were also impressive. The Triple-cooked Kipfler Potatoes with rosemary were crispy and well-seasoned, and the Organic Green Asparagus with shallots was a delightful, fresh complement to the rich steak.
Dessert was a highlight. The Whisky Flambéed Baked Alaska was an absolute treat. The Japonaise sponge and pistachio ice cream, combined with the passionfruit sorbet, created a perfect balance of flavors and textures. It was a fantastic end to a great meal.
However, the Grilled Australian Octopus was a bit of a letdown. While the octopus was tender, the laksa verde sauce was a bit overpowering and didn’t quite complement the dish as well as I’d hoped.
Overall, 665 Degrees Fahrenheit offers a wonderful dining experience with a variety of delicious dishes. I can’t wait to return and try more items from their menu.
